“What documents are required for a car loan for salaried employees?”

Basic Documents

Please submit only these first:

• Salary Certificate

• Last 3 or 4 months’ bank statement

• Passport & Visa copy

• Emirates ID

Additional Documents (Only if requested by bank or agent)

If the bank requires more information after reviewing your basic documents, we will inform you. You only need to arrange the following when requested by our agent or bank

• Driving Licence

• TC Number (Traffic File Number – Same Emirate)

• IBAN / Account Proof (Cheque copy or bank app screenshot)

• AECB Credit Report with score

• 6 months bank statement

• Exchange Statement

• Statement from when bank account open

• Payslip

• Salary increment letter

• Bonus letter

• Salary date confirmation letter

• Salary delay clarification letter

• Leave application or approved leave form

• Home country driving licence

• Other country driving licence

• NOC from previous company

• Labour card copy

• Company ID card copy

• Free Zone ID card copy

• Marriage certificate

• passport, visa, Emirates ID, driving licence or TC number

If you are confident with your documents, you may proceed with an advance payment at your own discretion. However, all original documents must be available at the time of bank pre-approval or vehicle purchase and must be submitted to the bank or our team.
